Hi All I’m confused that am I eligible to apply or not. I have bachelor degree as computer engineer but all my work experience 4 years as an estimation engineer NOC 2234. Is the miss-matching between my degree and my experience making me illegible to apply under NOC 2234. Please, advise.

The problem my friends that there is a huge difference between the updated no. for the NOC Cap in CIC website and the actuall one. Which means that the CAP may be has been reached even before our application reached CIC office. In worst case scenario that CIC was processing Nov, Dec and ealry...

Dear Krunal6584 My application received by CIC on 24 Jan NOC 2134 (Chemical Engineer). What About you?? If you are Nov ,2013 applicant how its come that you did not get any update since the last CC charged on 13 feb for 11 Jan applicant? Really dont know how CIC works.
