northwest territories PNP program is same like in other provinces PNP programme. You have to get a job offer. It doesnt work without permanent job offer. NWTP is not different from any other province. LAASH VOHI HAI SIRF KAFN BADLA HAI. its not easy to find employer in NWT bye

course of less than 6 months can be done without study permit.
