Same here mine received on May 1st still no update on ECASE, I cant even access to that.

Just now I received the Reminder email as well, My application was arrived on May 1st, still no update on ECASE

I checked with Canada Post as well as I called to CIC , They confirmed received the package and gave me Temporary file number start with X. I still cannot check any thing on ECASE and Also I did not received any AOR
