Hi You should wait for Med req. As I know, they will ask for med req with a form. So, without having that form, you shouldn't perform your med test. Cheers :)

Hi Berengena, Its normal. Sometimes it takes 3-4 month to get the file number. I have applied on March 3 , 2015 and received my file number 25th June, 2015. Good Luck.

I had the same experience for getting the CSQ. I applied 5 months before my graduation (study finishing confirmation letter). I had received my file number first and after sending the final letter, I received my CSQ under PEQ within 2 weeks. I think its better to apply earlier (if you are sure...
