Yes you can inform NDVO about this with copy of medical reports, but till that your file has not passed the medical hurdle so it will affect your timeline for issuing the PPR.

Main Pros of DD is that you are able to know that when CIC is charging ur fee. However in online payment u r not getting this information as money has been deducted on real time.

You may loss your spouse points which you have claimed. This might be safe if you still got the 67 points after deducting the spouse points.

I took PCC from PSK office. If the passport address has been recently renewed (not before 1 year), then PSK will issue the PCC on the same day. Or else they will notify the SP office and then you have to visit the police station and after that they will issue the PCC.
