suggest you send a chaser email with the word "urgent" to Fedex customer service email, they are supposed to reply within 24 hours. Once they reply, tell the customer service agent to contact destination office on the time issue/deadline, if they sent an email from your home base to destination...

You should probably change your bank, that's a complete lie. The beneficiary of DD claims the amount from the nostro bank of the issuing bank. As soon as bank nostro is debited, bank can easily trace that debit to the DD issues in a few simple ways as the swifts always have reference to the DD.
