Dear Admins, Would you please update my status in the tracker spreadsheet? I received passports w/ stamped visas a few weeks ago, on 29-Nov-2011. Thank you and good luck to all!

I sent my request 13 may. Received by FBI 16 may. Called FBI customer service today @ (304) 625-5590, not in their system yet, after 3 weeks. I did get the chance to speak to that lady with the bad attitude. She does not have a knack for sugar-coating things for you. LOL

I think red is being used for inactive or relatively inactive thread followers. There's a column that indicates the date of their last post.

Hello vivimm, CIO returned my application on September. Snail mail took about a month to deliver it. Package was pretty much intact--all forms and documents were returned. Hope this helps, and good luck.
