Yes, it is not mandatory but changes my points from 433 to 458 which can be crucial.

Hi everyone, I am going to apply for EE under CEC stream. It says on CIC website that evaluation for CEC is not mandatory but can add more points. When I go to WES website it offers evaluation for FSW and general one and there is no option for CEC. Which one should I take? Thanks
