For sure before they had removed the update list from their site, they had presented the current number of received applications. Guys, it is almost more than a month and someone should already received an email from CIC that NOC 2281 is already reached quota. But none of us haven't received...

My assumption would be mid till end of March, maximum would be till 1st week of April.

DSqr, many NOC 2281 including me ::) are still waiting to get charge, but till now no one knows what is happening to 2281 NOC.

Today is Monday and hope November applicants will get their PER as well as charging for December applicants. ::)

We hope that during 16th Dec, CIC had published the right figures for NOC 2281 till the last date it was seen.

Definitely sure that NOC 2281 is not cap and most 2281 applicants are eagerly waiting for an update from CIC. We hope that CIC will begin processing 2281 applicants within this week.

Having worries till now no one from NOC 2281 got any charging or even movement and the last charged was on 1st December. If this NOC 2281 reached cap, then they should return an email that NOC has been reached qouta, just like other mates in the forum from NOC 2171. Please share your thoughts...

Yes, I saw that Dec 1 applicant got charged mode is CC.

I am sure that CIC started processing those NOCs that is near cap, so that these will not be a backlog for them.

I think CIC is prioritizing those NOC that reached 1000 like 2172 and 2171. From 2171 forum, this has been reached and CIC started returning applications. If 2281 NOC already reached CAP, then for sure one of us should get NER that it has already been reached. Even September applicants...

Hi Absan, what is your mode of payment CC or DD? we both have the same date 5th December. As per information of my consultant, during 5th December there were 600+. Let us hope that all December will get accepted.
