If you received the e-mail you should be fine, the application may take a while to appear in the system. Just double check if all the information you are providing is correct, especially the number of applicants (the sponsor + principal applicant are 2 people. Add more if you have dependents).

Mine said the same thing for a few minutes and than it changed to "Submitted". Shouldn't be a problem
