    http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/visa.asp You have to apply for this visa as it allows you to re-enter Canada. You permit is valid until you are in Canada but to enter Canada you need a Visa that is stamped into your passport.

    There is a provision by which you will be granted PR but it will be with conditions. If the member has has been diagnosed with TB then you must wait for him/her to be cured.
