in my opinion it wont matter if you leave the phil as long as you have all the documents with you na complete like the employment letters (cert of employment) kasi yan e naaccomplish mo naman na before you leave the country. let's see other members' opinion :-)

thanks iammra! kapag po may 2nd line na sa ECAS, ayun ang malapit na ang MR like mine. nov.14 2nd line appeared and then nov 21 got my MR :-) Got it 51 days from PER which is Oct. 1.

may explanation po nito si bosschips, kindly back read mga 15 to 25 pages po ata andun sya kasi complete yung explanation nya. He said go for NOC 3233. may mga nakakuha na ng PER from this NOC. kasi mag-cap na daw ang 3012. CIO doesnt care about the title but on your duties and responsibilites...

Hi fg101, I got my 2nd line on Nov 14 (they started processing my app on Nov 11) and got my MR today Nov 21. So expect mo around Nov 27 more or less ang MR mo. Good luck! :)

I think hindi pwede maglagay ng 2 NOCs in one application. May na-deny na sa ganyan. Kung 3233 ka, yan lang dapat. It must be uniform. Your job duties must be patterned to NOC 3233. Forget about 3012 para sure. :-)
