Does anyone know if the US consulate in Toronto will stamp H-1B visas (assuming we were either in the Country on June 24 or we have a valid visa) before Dec 31? I didn't think they did but Greg Siskind seems to suggest that here:

what does the envelope for PR card look like? Does it say IRCC on the envelope ?

In the last 10 years, I've visited my country of origin (India) once for 5 weeks. My application doesn't have a placeholder for PCC for India and I believe this is cause I haven't been a resident of Indian in the last 10 years. Is anyone else in this situation? Do they ask for PCC for India later?

Is there any place other than "Passport/Travel documents" where we need to list visas held in country of residence?
