No worries, I had "cost recovery" as the corresponding address in my PRPF email but sent the receipt to both just in case!

Mine took two weeks after the Doctor's office confirmed the submission is completed (eMedical). Between 14-20 days seems normal. Although based on the SS there are some applicants still waiting for the 3rd line even after two month.

AN UPDATE FOR THOSE WAITING FOR THE 3RD LINE: my ECAS 3rd line added on January 29. Medical done on January 13 and the result was submitted on January 15, 2015. Cheers!
