Same here. I applied on 28th June as well. I have a valid study permit though and also have traveled to the US before and have a valid US visa still it’s taking time. -

I applied on 28th June in a returning student and my TRV expired but I have a valid study permit. It’s been almost a week and I have no reply. I have a valid US visa as well as a good travel history still no reply. -
