I got this information from the one of the consultant // I am in QATAR and my consultant is in INDIA joint in Canada also ,and I applied on 13th OCT 2021 under SDS category

You can do upfront medical from GULF MEDICAL .there is only 1 medical center where they do medical examination for the Canada visa in QATAR
