They are quite slow this year.... Applicants who applied in January received Checklist in June, so if we do the approx calculations February applied should have Received checklist by July but we are almost done with September month already....

Even though it wasn't, in 2013 there was no cap for CEC and but in 2014 there was cap of 8000 applications and full cap was reached in 2014 just in 9 months whereas 6000 applicants applied in 2013. Furthurmore, CEC updated on thier website in September that 5500 applications have been taken...

I called MIDI today, I told her that all my frnds got documents request within 4 months, but in my case its already 5 months and then she said its because we have more applicants this year. I know they don't have enough information, but she was helpful

it will be very bad if this happens...
