    I have the same question about barcodes on the generic form...there are actually two pages of barcodes, page 5 full of barcodes and page 6 with two barcodes. Plus there is the barcode page of sponsorship form. Do we put all of those three on top of the application package?

    Friends, can someone please answer my question about whether NOA photocopies would be ok? Another related question is whether scanned signatures of parents (who are overseas) are acceptable for the forms. Waiting for the originals by courier will most likely result in missing the 5000 cap.

    Friends, the new PGP checklist does not mention anything about whether the NOA should be submitted in original or would a photocopy suffice. Note that the previous checklist explicitly mentioned "original" option C. Any help would be much appreciated.
