Hello guys, To whom did you address your Bank certification letters/Share valuation to? Is it a general "To whom it may concern" or addressed specifically to "The Immigration Officer, Accra Office...." some of my reference letters were addressed to AVO. TIA

I don't believe copies of Documents have to be notarized as it clearly states that "Only translated documents need to be notarized" But I guess it won't hurt to do this, although I can't imagine adding that stress to all the other stuff that needs to be done :)

Actually, there is a NOC address. I mailed them about a similar issue, the address is noc-cnp@workingincanada.gc.ca.
