Same situation. Photos delivered to IRCC on Aug 10th. So far updates.

I was told my photo is in queue. I don't what the means, especially the dates after me has been approved.

My photos were received by CIC on the 10th Aug. Apparently they are still processing July 27th as per CIC call centre agent!

I recently linked it.. I tried everyday with different combinations.. nothing worked.. Landed June 7th. Photo retake request Aug 2nd. Photos received by CIC 10th Aug. able to link my application only september last week!

Since I cannot travel, I have difficulties in convincing an employer to hire me!

My nature of job involves travelling back and forth between Canada and US!

Very frustrating .. I had my photos taken by a professional photographer and made sure all specifications were met! It is unbelievable. Now losing all employment opportunities, because of this damn thing. It is so ironic but now I just wish I was on a work permit! Sorry about the rant.

No. Landed on 7th June 2017. Photo request on 2nd Aug 2017 and photo received by CIC on 10th Aug 2017. And still clueless about my current status.

Had the same situation. Tried all UCI, DOB etc combinations, nothing worked out. Kept trying it every few days, finally I linked it on the last week of September! Landed on 7th June 2017.

Finally today, atleast I could link my application.

Called them today, the agent said they are still processing July 27th. Very frustrating to think about the economic and lost job opportunity because of this stupid thing.

Hi PreetiStephen, On which date did you call them? My photos have reached them on Aug 10th. I have work related travel on the 15th of this month, just trying to find out if I have a chance to receive my card before that or I will have to advise my employer. Thanks.
