I have a question!! Yesterday, I have received an email stating that the documents are completed and review is in progress. They gave a target completion date of 21st July. Is there anyone out there, who has received the report before the target date and how soon?

Most likely yes !! Congratulation (As I also have seen the same status yesterday for myself) From that window click your reference number, under that you will find an option called required documents. It will show was required, what was submitted and whether that is accepted.
