    There is no reputed university in Canada which accepts ielts score of less than 6.5 bands, so better U take the test again asap given the deadline for applications to university for spring closes in early september. All the best.

    HOPELESS

    The research based programs require supervisor to issue LOA which is not the case with course based programs. If you can manage the LOA by 15th Aug then U can very well apply for the visa because for Indians processing time is not much. All the best. Keep patience and faith in your creator.
