    Agreed but i also can understand how frustrating it must be for people who applied in January and are seeing August applicants receiving DMs, PRs and CoPRs. This is an emotional process for most people and in my experience, emotions have never been great partners with logic or patience :)

    it clearly states on the guide in step 5: "Before moving on to Step 6, check to make sure you have avoided these common mistakes: Don’t use staples, binders, plastic sleeves, folders or albums to submit your application. Elastic bands for photos or paper clips are acceptable."

    i think the negative effects are that you pile more work on the offices to sort out the sending of notes rather than doing the work they actually need to do which is process the applications. i believe a bit of patience does a world of good. we all need to realize that they are working hard to...
