guys IRCC has sent us a letter requesting RCMP Criminal Record Check. do we have to get them from every city we have lived here in Canada or just from the current city where we are living and that will cover all our time we have been living in Canada?

I would say call immigration, best times to call is not around 8am and not close to lunch time, since everyone is trying to reach them at that time. I would say around 1030am.

as far as I remember after multiple attempts to contact immigration by phone she was able to get a hold of an agent and explained a mistake was made on her PGWP. This agent put her in contact with another person from the Windsor POE and called her to confirm that a new work permit was going to...

so due to the pandemic probably its gonna take longer eh?
