    yes you can but give them a valid reason on letter which you will submit with your ppr

    my application is still in process from 2021 march I also renewed my passport in case I get ppr I will submit the new passport instead of old

    that doesn't matter almost 5 people I know did the same and got there vis on new passport with longer duration

    when you gi ve them your passport new one that will expire in 10 years they will give 10 years visa

    give them old passport copy and a new passport copy with the new passport and with a letter in which you will tell them the reason why you renewed your passport and attach you ppr request in color copy and submit this all with a new passport

    apply new passport and submit the new one to get 10 years visa my mother did the same

    I applied on 4 march 2021 and got BVL 22 march last month in 2023 still waiting for PPR
