Josephs, don't worry too much. Not everyone gets an email stating the inetrview was waived. You are pretty much done. Just wait for your passport to be returned with your visa in it. You have already gone through the hardest part of the process. Try to be less anxious and relax!!! :)

In our case, the VO send us a letter in the mail requesting new medical. On another occasion, the Vo sent us a email because we never recieved the letter. I think that they will communicate with you regarding the medical. They will most likely communicate with you in writing via mail or email.

The medical exam expires 1 year from the date it was done. In your case it will expire May 24th, 2012. The VO will most likely request for new medical.

I took a look at my option C print-out, and it looks as you described. On top is says "Income tax return information regular" and it contain info that you mentioned such as your address, SIN, marital stutus, date of assessment (on top)... it also include total earning, investment , RRSP...
