    Masters is not a "post secondary certificate". Its a "postgraduate degree" and is ranked higher than "two or more..." Anything ranked higher than "two or more..." + CLB 7 will fetch you 25 points. Calculate your score without including your bachelors here...

    How do you know that you got the required points because of two degrees? Anyways, you can safely remove your non-Canadian degree from your profile. Your Master's will fetch you the points.
