No need of Noc . I submitted my husband workpermit visa copy. His offer letter which shows job designation,duties,salary,working hours. And I added 6 months of pay stubs. That's it .

If she is having student visa ,you need to show proof of funds for sure and even your wife should show funds for her education and stay for both of you .
