I send passport to CPC OTTAWA on July 9th Received by cic 10 th July (as per Canada post) After that no updates

See if if already called cic and they didn’t open the package that means it’s good that your passport is with them, i my case I called today and they told me they don’t have any update on passport

Hii bro , call Canada post and asked the name of guy who received your passport, same thing happened with me as well as I was not able to track the information of my delivery, but then I called them and asked they said it was delivered on July 10 th Thanks
