Application Received: August 13,2019 Ecas says in progress: Oct 17,2019 GCKEY in progress: Oct 16, 2019 I don't have AOR1 email yet. Does this means file got accepted by CIC ?

I am able to link my application on CIC account but i am not able to find on ECAS system yet.

My application reached on Aug 13, still no AOR !! is anyone on same boat ? I find it strange since people who applied after me getting AOR and Bio metric request.
