Same here. I talked to then twice- same answer- 'visa is printed, they gonna mail it to me SHORTLY' Even the tracker is not active yet. I have waited 16 months for PPR after waiting for 6 months for PNP. Now, more than a month for getting my passport back. Wow. Almost two years.

I dialled in around 7:57 so that they can transfer me around 8am. I was frustrated too bcz they have never transferred my call in past. Also, try hiding your caller ID, i am not sure if that makes any difference but worked for. I may sound stupid here.

I have just called CIC, the agent was so polite (didnt expect that) - she said visa got printed on my passport they will be mailing it shortly. But she wasn't sure how many days. I guess next week I will get my PP back. Passport delivered Jul 14 - 3 weeks today.

I got PPR next day after DM. I m not sure what do you mean by PPR format? Are you asking about PPR email,? I wish you get your PPR soon, i got mine at 8pm which is quite late considering their work hours.

I am not sure because I don't have access to MyCIC account (I have consultant). I checked it through ECAS, it says DM.

I tried calling CIC so many times but automated system never transferred my call to an agent. Also, my consultant has sent them email and CSE but nothing worked. It delayed my apllication more than two months I did another medical with IME number. Now waiting....

Same thing happening to me. I did my upfront medical in april still not updated on my profile and i got reminder email last week. I dont want to take any risk the reason I am doing my medical exam again with IME
