Thank you for your advice but I’m now in my home country and cannot call them. I did receive pre-arrival letter on Jun 15 when medical passed on the same day. I wonder when I can get PPR. A little worried.

In CIC account you cannot track things in detail, either. It only says that they are reviewing your eligibility, and they are processing the background check. You do not know whether the criminal or security check is done or not. And I don't think there is any difference between BC PNP and PNP...
