I have the same message. Not really about complexity. It is more about the visa office and how lazy they are.

It means your application is complex and there is no maximum timeline for it. If you have children , enroll them for school next year as it could go beyond Sept.

*sigh* better to just give up and let it come when it comes. I am hoping for september but looking at overall situation that might be too positive.

Because it might take a few months for restoration of services then few more months for passport requests/etc. Then they might ask for updated medical. So all this is potentially 6 to 12 months.

I think they should start another year counter starting at 0% for us 'complex' lot!

Emails are useless. Atleast London visa office is giving essential services only and obviously sponsorship application are least important. Limited chance for upto 2 more years when a vaccine is invented..

Yes all our bars are about to be 100%. Looks like we are all in complicated category. What a shame.. maybe renouncing citizenship and getting an express entry could be quicker!

I think good question to ask is what happens to tracker after end of 12 months in case no updates!

That 75% doesn't mean anything as it is just tracking to 12 months. Mine says 12 weeks remaining but I am not so positive!

Don't check on daily basis. Prepare for the worse. I am mentally prepared for Sept 2020.
