12th July still waiting, 2 applicants and both inland. Eligibility under review and background "we are processing"

Just wanted to clarify, do you need to provide photograph when you get Biometrics instruction letter. Because we gave only fingerprints and they didnt take photograph. I heard Service Canada had stopped taking photographs at their centers due to COVID-19. Please confirm if you are aware about it.

Well, waiting is fine but atleast if they update us then it will be good. If there was any way to know progress of your application then atleast your aware of the progress and it will calm your nerves.

Its really frustrating, no updates online or through IRCC call center. Blindly waiting and hoping everything is alright with the application and they will process it soon.

But i dont understand how some applications are processed faster than others. Do you know which VO is processing your application? I can't find out which VO is processing my application.

I think it should have been updated by now but what i am worried is, about the progress of the application. So many people already received Portal email and COPR with similar timeline but no update on our application.

This ADR was different and no they didn't request any documents for address change. So worried and cant get any update from IRCC.
