Hello friends, My classes will start from 4th September (Carleton University and University of Ottawa) Orientation program on 1st September Visa applied on 30 July (SDS online) Biometric 2nd August After that no update Should I wait? or defer my admission.

I applied for Winter 2019 on 29 August 2018 for MASc (Civil Engineering) in Carleton University. On 10th Sept my status change to "Review in Progress by Department" On 23rd Oct change to "Recommended for Assesement" On 13th Nov it changes to back "Review in Progress by Department" On 14th Nov...
