Well, 1,560 hours is derived from 52 weeks x 30 hours no? Since I work 40 hours per week for 54 weeks now, I have 2,160 hours. But since there’s a cap of 30 hours, I have 1,620 hours - which is more than 1,560 hours. These hours are calculated for one job, one role only. Will this help?
