    My son has Down Syndrome

I don't think that scylla ment any harm, she just wanted to say that it is better to be prepared of everything then to be suprised when it is too late. Also, I think that it depends on the doctor what is their recommendation going to be, so it doesn't suprise me that some people had no problem...

Going to Toronto via Spain and US connecting flight, Do I need a transit visa?

If you are not going to leave the airport and go through the custom you do not need a visa because you are not entering the transiting country, you are no man's land. The problem is if your arriving and departuring flights are a lot apart and you have 10-20 hours to wait, you can't go out to...

residency-skiiled worker-does trade need red seal

You can't write and pass the test because you can't submit the application to take the test if you don't have Canadian or US papers. So, only job offer. But, for most trades you must have a certificate in order to apply for the job. Anyway, FSTC program is totaly useless, I don't know for whom...

Occupation already in the Skilled Trades Class category !

In order to get this certificate you must pass the test. You can take the test only in Canada. In order to apply for the test you must submit Canadian or USA ID (I wrote to all teritorial organizations and this is the answer that I've got). So, I don't see how someone who plans to immigrate can...

FEDERAKL SKILLED WORKER AND FEDERAL SKILLED TRADE PROGRAMS

FSTC seems much better program to me because most of requirements are far easier then for FSW. But, you must have a job offer or canadian licence to apply for this one. If you don't have it (and I guess you don't), the only other option is FSW.

federal skilled trade visa please connect

I think that the assesment is not enough, actually, I think that it is just one step of the process when you are applying for the test for certification. The problem is that, in order to apply for this test, you must be a canadian citizen, PR or TW. Unless you have a job offer, of course. But...
