I read something about the process of Citizenship by normalisation, according to which even after a decade of becoming a citizen, Canadian govt. can take it away should they be able to prove in the federal court about any criminality or violations or misrepresentations in the original...

So that's another reason why single people might want to move to Canada now? Women?

I try to be pragmatic. MY frustration is on another level. It's like the universe is playing a cruel game with me. I was/am never able to cope up with the changes and there is always something, out of nothing, apparently. I can see it but can't ever touch it. I get that everything here is...

I'm 28, Male, Bachelors in electrical engineering and post graduate diploma in Business Administration. I am an Experience Designer with nearly 6 years of Work Experience, but it has nothing to do with my formal education. Is there any good school where I can get a scholarship (and probably...

I barely have enough for PoF. I HAVE to do masters in future but my goal was to get PR first to reduct the financial impact. I spent the better half of the last two years preparing for this federal skilled worker program. Before diploma I was at 440 whereas the cut off was 445 or so. Now that I...

Oh man, I feel bad trying EOR and losing all that money now, since people are talking about reducing IELTS scores all of a sudden. Also if I may ask what is this "buying PR" thing you folks have been talking about?

What about this third wave of COVID we've been hearing about on the news? I'm curious to know your views on how it might affect IRCC. https://indianexpress.com/article/explained/explained-how-countries-countering-third-covid-19-wave-7276340/

That is a very nice score. May I ask how you got this score? (your profile criteria that brought you to this CRS score)

I opened my profile 2 weeks ago. Score being 471; not as high as many others here, I might have to wait a while before the cutoff drops a little. I was thinking of gathering documents that I will need after ITA so I can get an AOR very quickly. However I read somewhere about the validity of...

@seadrag0n @mushymush @Islander216 Wishful thinking aside, when can we expect the resumption of FSW-O draws? (I ask this with complete understanding of that fact that the answer will be a speculation)

They are taking outland applicants via PNPs. People over a certain score can't get nominations and thus no ITAs. Why is still there a specific CRS sweet spot for PNP even though FSW general draws have been halted indefinitely?

I have been reading the posts on the AOR March 2021 thread for the past hour or so. To me it feels very much unfair that people with CRS scores that low are discussing possible timeline of CoPR while we are hopelessly waiting. I get the rationale of CEC but just doesn't seem fair to the rest of...

My results take 14 days to come out. In this awesome city we don't have computers. Regardless, I've already lost 11K for nothing. I should have remained myself and stayed calm with what I'd received. I don't mean to sound arrogant but I've seen what essays of people who score 7.5/8 in ielts look...

The fact that so many people recommended me to go for it if I can afford it, is the main reason I applied for EOR. I thought people saw changes (improvements) in their EOR all the time.

My EOR didn't help. Got the report this afternoon and it's unchanged. I applied for EOR in writing on 1st April in hopes of getting its score increased to 7.5 from 7.0. DIdn't work out.

@mushymush @seadrag0n :( My EOR didn't help. Got the report this afternoon and it's unchanged. I applied for EOR in writing on 1st April in hopes of getting its score increased to 7.5 from 7.0. My overall score (LRSW-8.5,8,8,7) remained unchanged. I'm a tad bit upset that I didn't take a...
