My husband got this a few days ago as well.. MVO is still reviewing his additional documents (started March 1) Pre arrival services letter was January 27. So its been almost 2 months since then. In 2 days (march 24) we will be 9 months in process.

It means that IRCC has received your documents.once the officers are looking at and reviewing them, the status will change to "We are reviewing the additional documents you provided."
