Your best option now is to request for your GCMS notes. It will give you a good idea of what is causing your application to stall. You can then take proactive steps and get ahead of it. I do not know how it will work with a representative though. I am sure others can share their experience.

I called CIC a couple of times and was told my eligibility was under review. I did not get a notice that my eligibility had passed. Your status after the ADR is normal. It will change soon and hopefully you will get your PPR right after that.

I agree with you @21Goose but i would submit it rather than wait to be asked or have my application go into review required and waste time. It is not necessary but it wont kill just to send it incase its needed.

Unfortunately I will advice you have them all translated. It will cost you money but it will save you time eventually.

They do not need to be in the same NOC code, attach as many documents that prove the employment as possible. Tax forms, pay slips and employment reference letters with all the details CIC asks for on a company letter head with a signature and contact information.

There are too many questions to answer it seems. Especially since your decision to not include your CL partner on whose study permit you got your work permit affects your score and raises other questions. Please invest in the services of an immigration lawyer. I think that will be your best...

I did not complete the Consent form or attach any documents when i did my request under ATIA, i guess i did it wrongly then. But i got an email saying i have successfully submitted my request. Well lets see what comes then.
