Thats okay, I understand. And yes IRCC requested for it. I have an LOA but I got that from my college back in June as it was for Fall 2020. I am confused if i should send the same of a new one. And yes, I have contacted the college regarding this. Let's see what they say.

Nope, I did not receive anything like this. I got a medical request on my GCKEY account. It was a pdf file which stated the IME number. In your case this looks like a request but it is not a medical request form. An IMM 1017e is the medical request form with IME number and instructions. Calling...

Nope, I did not order it, I recently submitted the re-medical results, so hopefully I get to hear something from them.

I would suggest you to call IRCC and explain them your case and that you have not received a re-medical request.

Yes, i applied for study permit. My case is a little different as my medical expired. Also, for your case I would suggest you to call IRCC and enquire about your issue.
