We got info "date modified 02 06 2015" and it was 04 11 2014 till today . Still two lines . Does this mean Anything ?

Hi all, my application was received on 16th June 2014 and did medical on 11 Feb 2015. Application was sent from within Canada . Second line is there for medical, but no news since . This is a generic question; but how much more do I have to wait ? P.S. Congrats to all that received their PR .
