    When you log into your go account, there is a bar indicating the “estimated processing time”. Two weeks ago, it is still 12 months from 27 April 2019 till 27 April 2020. However when I checked yesterday, the time change to August, 6 months more. Feeling more and more frustrated

    Yes, I think you should follow the above and re-submit everything they ask for within 30 days. Also, they ask for the No Crime Certificate here and I think your wife should go and apply it now. Please take note I am not a professional in migration and this is only my opinion.
