If my memory serves me right, there are only 3 senior officers and I beleive there is a large munmber of applications have been referred to a senior officer for a decision. I also think that these officers have to read throught an application before a decision.

It's 1 to 10 months (maybe more) for the nomination after an AOR. I have been waiting for 5 months.

I think they might have known that the process is gonna take 10 months or more, but didn't say it. Coz if they had done it, many ppl would have withdrawned their applications (me included) at the beggining and OINP would have lost a lot of money.
