That's progress. At least now you are sure that they have your transcripts so your AOR2 is sure this forthcoming week.

I know its quite annoying to be in this position but i believe you should get a resolution this coming week. if not, then you should escalate it further and probably resend what they said they didnt receive. I sincerely hope that it doesnt get to that though.

The IQAS journey is finally over for me. It took exactly 5 months and 1 day. My timeline is as follows; All docs delivered : 4th June. AOR1: 27th September. For some reason they didn't acknowledge receipt of my transcripts whereas all documents were sent in the same envelope by my Alma Mater...

I have that too. It's probably a new application you started when you weren't conversant with the IQAS system... I assume that your normal application that was submitted and being worked on is still intact. If it is, you have no problem..

Maybe you should try resetting your password again and note it down this time. Use something that you can easily remember.

You need to call IQAS. I had a similar issue till I called and clarified things to them though in my own case application and transcripts were sent in the same envelope.
