I dun think they will customized the offer letter for me.....as it will need their big boss to sign again if hv amendment..... However, I read the BCPNP guide "Indeterminate means the job offer must not be temporary or have a defined end date." My offer letter does not have a defined end date...

definitely go for PNP, you can extend your WP with the PNP support letter. at the same time you could wait for EE CEC invitation. just need to spend some money for PNP and can get a guarantee of PR, why not?

what is your wife's profession? can apply through BCPNP Tech or healthcare? score is much lower for these 2 professions. I was wondering if your wife wasnt under these 2 professions, 125 is quite a high score.....she got at least 1 year canada work experience?

after the change of BCPNP SIRS scoring system, the maximum score should be 190 instead of 200. However, I have just login BCPNP online the scoring system has not updated yet, still got awarded additional points for occupations identified in the B.C. High Demand Occupations List based on the 2018...
