Hi Canol.... In early December...? thats too long when considering with the PER date ( sep 3,2014) and i hope it will come soon in Nov first week itself.. :)

I believe you may have to get attestation from your embassy/consulate in KSA in that translated copy to complete the process... Normally any translated certificate taking outside to KSA needs embassy attestation. But MoFA is not required if you already got PCC from Police.
