try sending a fax to oinp, this was the exact same case with me. I got auto-replies to emails, but weirdly got timely and relevant replies for fax. dont worry, they have sent your AOR, probably to a wrong email id, verify your email id through fax and you should receive it shortly.

finally after a lot of confusions, got the AOR which was originally sent on Aug 3rd Please update my record, file number ends in 44XX, luckily dint have to repay the money(hopefully should not come back later) good luck whoever is waiting, try and follow up as much as you can, I learned now...

I have the same question. My timelines are similar to yours. PPR on 5th passport reached them on 7th application approved in profile on 15th passport return tracker still not activated. When can I email them for urgency as I have my flight to india on 6th May Thanks!!!
