I also traveled in Air India. The staff inside the plane were not very friendly. Once I heard a hostess shouting to an old lady who was struggling to open the toilet door !!! But being it is a public company, we have to give them some discounts !!!

Yes, what Explorer said is correct. You have to approach the institution in which you studied and submit an application. Most of them will charge a fee. Sometime it will take much time to issue one.

Hi Shrestha, Yes, Etihad is little bit expensive. But when I booked the ticket, it was cheaper. Besides, it has shorter flight time (one stop, that too for only 2 hours at Abu Dabi). I booked return ticket. August is peek season, so last minute booking will be more expensive...
