Don't worry about medical received not showing up on ecas. There is always a delay. You can email cic and ask if they have received your medical or not. Check with your doctor first to see if he or she has uploaded it.

I will. My medical was just uploaded to CIC yesterday or the day before. The doctor took more than 2 weeks to get this done >:( I dont have the Medical Received line added on my ECAS yet; hopefully soon.
